Shipping Policy

Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Standard Delivery We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Preorder Items Some items in our catalog are available for preorder. Preorder items ship separately and have an estimated lead time of 5–9 weeks from the date of purchase. Your tracking information will be sent as soon as your preorder ships. If you order both in-stock and preorder items together, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Delays While we do our best to meet the timelines above, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high demand, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we'll reach out to keep you informed.
